Last week, I shared that Property Rush had officially sold out of its available inventory and that the experience changed how I want to work with investors going forward.

I'm opening Property Rush Portfolio Partners, a highly personalized relationship designed for a select group of serious investors who want to build lasting real estate portfolios.

This is not a course, a general property list, or a program where every investor receives the same opportunities and strategy.

It begins with you:

• How much capital you plan to deploy
• Your income and long-term growth goals
• Your financing options
• Your preferred timeline
• Your comfort with risk
• What you ultimately want your portfolio to make possible

Together, we will establish clear investment criteria based on your goals. Property Rush can then source opportunities with those specific criteria in mind.

The difference is simple:

Instead of finding a property and asking, "Who might want to buy this?" we will begin by asking, "What kind of property should we find for this particular investor?"

When an opportunity aligns with your established criteria, you will receive priority access and the ability to evaluate it before it is offered more broadly.

Throughout the process, Property Rush will provide personalized support from portfolio strategy and property selection through acquisition, renovation planning, and the transition to long-term ownership and management.
