Over the last few weeks, I've shared pieces of a major shift taking place at Property Rush.

Last week, I announced that I will personally work with a select group of just 10 investors. Today, I want to explain a little more about exactly who this opportunity is for.

I call them Portfolio Partners.

A Portfolio Partner isn't simply looking to purchase one rental property or occasionally consider a good deal. They are committed to consistently acquiring real estate and intentionally building a portfolio designed to grow their net worth over time.

These are the investors I will be working with directly.

The best way to describe the relationship is that it will feel more like a partnership. We'll work closely together, look at where you are today, define where you want to be in the next five to ten years, and intentionally build toward those goals.

This isn't a completely different approach from what Property Rush has always done. It's the same proven model and system our investors already know and love, but with more intention, consistency, and direct collaboration.

Rather than approaching each property as a separate transaction, we'll look at the bigger picture. Each decision will be made with the investor's long-term portfolio and goals in mind.

I'm keeping many of the details private because this isn't a mass-market program. It's designed for a small number of serious investors who are ready to commit to building their portfolios and working closely with me throughout the process.

We'll also continue expanding our educational resources and building a community for investors at every stage.
