The Times They Are A-Changin’ – How we are taking advantage of the current real estate market…and you can too!

Property Rush has been very fortunate to be in a position to take advantage of the real estate market in 2022…Especially our Turn Key operation located in Chattanooga, TN.

We began purchasing properties in Tennessee & Georgia at the end of 2021 as we noticed the market overheating in the West and realized the southeast presented an incredible opportunity to find homes for our investors that were not only great cash flowing assets but they had significant appreciation potential.

Since launching Property Rush, we have helped dozens of investors purchase strong income producing rental properties with returns you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else (yes even at 7-8% interest rates these homes STILL cash flow)

While the stock market is taking a bath, crypto is on life support, tech companies laying off tens of thousands of employees, and 401k accounts being slashed, our investors are enjoying consistent and reliable rental income all while these properties are appreciating.

The only dollar figure our investors are seeing dropping this year are their taxes.

No tears shed there.

Since the end of June, we have put our entire focus on building out our sales team including moving our top producing sales rep in Arizona to find more cash flowing properties for our investors.

Our team has also been hard at work developing and creating systems and operations behind the scenes to make sure we take care of every little detail that goes into purchasing properties, renovating and leasing. This includes sourcing material at the best prices possible to keep prices low along with creating relationships with contractors and subcontractors to ensure our homes are priced competitively while still providing top notch quality.

Here is what you have to look forward to seeing in Quarter 4, 2022:

  1. Private Lending: In addition to working with our preferred lenders, our private lending program will allow anyone who does not fit in the nice little box that your standard conventional loans usually require. Pre qualified within 24 hours and will offer dozens of loan products.
  2. New Website: This will include portals for our investors that are integrated with the property management software to provide all of the tools necessary in one place.
  3. Capital Fund: We have our capital fund that pays a preferred rate of return monthly for anyone looking for consistent and reliable returns as opposed to buying rental properties.

Our biggest announcement will be coming ONE WEEK FROM TODAY!

Here is a hint…While the rest of the world is increasing pricing and using inflation as a cop out…we are going the opposite direction.
