Once Accepted:

#1 Lori Guse will email you the Purchase and Sale Agreement via DocuSign. If you do not see this document in 2 business days please let us know.

#2 Please make sure to wire your earnest money of $5000.00 after receiving a copy of the executed contract. Wiring instructions will be emailed from Lori Guse once the contract is fully executed. Feel free to call or email the closing title company with any questions regarding closing costs, title fees, and earnest money, etc.

#3 Please remain in close contact with your lender and send them all requested documents for your loan application. Your lender will received the purchase agreement once you authorize the purchase agreement, and start your loan process. We will request a pre-approval letter from them. If you desire to change your lender you must notify us immediately and the seller must approve.

#4 Decide on an insurance provider:  Property Rush can provide you with a quote for insurance. If you wish to receive a free, no obligation quote from Property Rush, please let Lori Guse know. *Property Rush receives compensation for insurance generated with our insurance partners.

#5 After the renovations have been completed on your home, you can have a home inspection and/or appraisal completed. A home inspection is recommended and BJ Gremillion can provide referrals on home inspection companies in the area, or you can choose one. Please coordinate with BJ Gremillion on home inspections and appraisals.

#6 You will receive Before, During and After photos of your property.

#7 Seth Harris or Bridget Kemp will be in touch regarding Property Rush Management Services before close of escrow.
