LEASING FEE
$1,000 (NOT TO EXCEED 75% OF MONTHLY RENT)

10% MARKUP ON FINAL INVOICE (NOT TO EXCEED $500)

30 Day lease guarantee or first month management fee is waived!
Eviction Guarantee
If we placed a tenant that met all rigorous criteria for acceptance, we will pay up to $600 toward eviction cost.
