Many companies will tell you that they have their own in-house maintenance division that will give you the best quality and pricing. Unfortunately, there can be nothing further from the truth. These “maintenance divisions” are often a huge profit center for a management company and can also create a huge conflict of interest. Can you trust them to give fair pricing and not recommend unnecessary repairs?
We’re different. We use trusted, independent vendors who are NOT on our payroll and we provide you with a copy of the original invoice. If you have a vendor you’d prefer, then we’re always happy to coordinate repairs with them.

Inspections are an important step in protecting your investment. We perform the following inspections of your property and document condition with photos and comments.
Start-Up Inspection – When starting management, we inspect your home and provide recommendations to achieve its highest income potential.
Move-In Inspection – Once a new resident is selected, we complete a move-in inspection to document the condition at the start of the lease.
Routine Inspection – We’ll be there again for a 6-month follow-up inspection, to ensure the home is being properly cared for and maintained. We provide an additional inspection upon request each year at no extra cost to you.
Move-Out Inspection – Once the lease has ended, we complete a thorough move-out inspection to determine any maintenance or rent-ready items that need to be handled. This inspection is then compared with the move-in inspection to determine if any charges to the resident are necessary for items that exceed normal wear.
