I went from working with key renter Chattanooga who charged 9% of rent, a 75% leasing fee and a $250 lease renewal fee. Property rush charges $100/mo, $500 leasing fee and I think no lease renewal fee. Haley the property manager from property rush is great. She got my property rented in less than 3 weeks to a well qualified tenant.
The owner of property rush is BJ. He’s a cool dude! He is very patient with his clients, addresses all concerns and makes the process of buying a turnkey property pretty easy. I would highly suggest any rental property owners and investors to work with this company. They are by far the most affordable management company in the area and provide great service. I also recommend this company for people looking to purchase rental property in the area through BJ. He will not let you down!
