My name is BJ Gremillion and I am the host of the Real Powerhouse podcast. 

It is my belief that If you’re not failing, you’re not pursuing… And my most impactful lessons in life have seemed to always come from failures, not successes. 

Professionally, I own and operate a real estate investment firm that was created to help others build wealth by accumulating turnkey investment properties across the Country.. 

Personally I am married to the girl of my dreams and I am father to 5 energetic and incredible kids. We spent many years living in Gilbert, AZ and recently moved to Knoxville, TN. I have been fortunate to build multiple 7 figure businesses in the real estate industry which is why I decided to start this podcast. The goal is to share some of the hard lessons learned through failure in starting and operating these companies while also learning from others who have found a way to rush through their failures to in turn create massive success both in life and in business.

My hope is that this podcast will make you learn, laugh, cry, sympathize, empathize, and hopefully eliminate the fear that may be holding you back from swinging for the fences and becoming your own incredible success story for others to learn from.
